Meet John

John Ninkovich is the Founder and CEO of Performix Group. His company takes an active role within an organization working with CEOs, business owners, and leadership teams to focus on strategic planning and execution, leadership team development and alignment, and executive advisory and coaching.

John’s passion for leadership coaching and consulting stemmed from over 30 years of experience where has owned and worked in several family-owned businesses for most of his professional career. He works with companies that are privately held, frequently family-owned, and often involving multiple partners with revenues between $5 million and $200 million. John’s areas of expertise focus on Strategic Planning, Organizational Alignment & Execution, Change Management, Leadership Development, Culture Enablement, and Executive Coaching. 

John has been married to his wife Lisa for over 25 years and together, they have 3 children–Alyssa, Michael, and Cara.  John lives in Novi, Michigan but being an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing, boating, skiing, and snowmobiling, John spends a great deal of time at his family cottage in Boyne City, Michigan.
